About me - your devoted Mentor

I’m Sophie, a space holder, creative mentor, and word florist. I support women to grow their heart and art in soft, spacious, and sustainable ways, honouring the seasons and cycles of life and creativity. My work blends poetry, brand storytelling, and mentorship, guiding you to root into your truth and flourish in your expression.

But I don’t just hold Zoom calls or send voice notes. I offer a safe, boundaried space where you can bring your bigger emotions, truest desires, and creative dreams. Together, we explore emotionally, somatically, and energetically — allowing your creative life to feel deeply aligned and alive.

I’m a multi-dimensional, a manifesting generator, Virgo, wife, daughter, sister & deeply creative woman. I’m also a Certified and Insured member of The International Institute of Complementary Therapists. Into my creative mentorship, I weave in and draw from study and trainings I have completed over the years including: Bachelor of Sustainability, Honours in Building Sustainable Communities, Menstrual Cycle Coaching & Life Coaching, Mindfulness & EFT, Human Design Reading, Reiki, and a passionate Circle Facilitation.

  • This experience together is not one with a curriculum, prescription or attached outcome. This is not results based. This program is not a 5 step method, if you want that I’m not your mentor. These intimate journeys are NOT for people comfortable living a linear life, unwilling to change and uninspired by the notion of living life in a different way, with a different connection to nature, self and cycles. It is not for people who want a surface level conversation or if there is no motivation to seize opportunities and the synchronicities of life.

  • Space holding is a method by which a person is present for another individual, providing support through the absence of judging, advice or fixing. To me holding space for someone comes with holding a reverence for the individual being a whole, complete and magnificent individual. For me holding space is listening, providing spacious and intuitive questions and ensuring the individual is empowered in the moment to feel safe to explore emotions and thoughts with supreme confidentiality and respect. 

    According to GS Therapy Centre “Holding space” means:

    ‘being physically, mentally, and emotionally present for someone. It means putting your focus on someone to support them as they feel their feelings. Think of a time when you were vulnerable. What did you need at that moment? Did you need someone to give you advice and solve your problem? Did you need someone to tell you what to do or judge you? You probably just needed someone to be there for you. Sometimes the best thing we can do for someone is to simply be with them. Sitting with someone in loving support can help them feel seen, understood, and cared for.’
